He set a school record by defending 47 career passes and was seventh in school history with six interceptions.

Wackiest prank?
Zach Thomas and Joe, one of our assistant coaches, were going back and forth with practical jokes. One day I walked into the locker room and Joe had brought in a mannequin that looked exactly like Zach … looked like a Block, which is what we call Zach because his whole body and head are shaped like a block. It was the same height and everything and was sitting on a bench right in the middle of the locker room. Zach couldn’t do anything but laugh when he came in.

I have about 12 of them. One is a big scroll that says “The Lord Is My Salvation, Who Shall I Fear” on my arm.

Against Auburn in college I got an interception toward the end of the game and returned it to the 1-inch line. We scored and won in overtime.

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie of the Cardinals. We grew up together. Also C.J. Johnson of the Titans, Fabian Washington of the Ravens. Terence Newman with the Cowboys. Anthony Henry, who just left for Detroit, we both went to South Florida.
